Sogitec’s CBT is used via 3 modes: “tutorial”, with wall screens; “coached”, with the ability for each trainee to replay lessons and quizzes on the workstation; and free access/on-demand.
Contents
CBT content features all aircraft panels and equipment (description and use), all systems dynamic functions, and the components location and system architecture within the aircraft.
Technologies
Our CBTs fully use the latest technological advances and feature a 3D aircraft model explorer, interactive techpubs viewer, animated interactive diagrams, HTML 5, touch screens, and an LMS for full pedagogic supervision and evaluation.
PTT is used via 2 modes: “coached”, to learn procedures “step by step”; “free flight”, to conduct a whole set of unitary flight procedures, record, and replay the exercise.
Contents
PTT missions cover main WDNS (Weapon Delivery & Navigation System) functions. Specific operational WDNS/HOTAS procedures training (payload, sensor management, interception) benefit from dedicated environment and TACSIT scenarios.
Technologies
PTTs implement actual aircraft MMIs, simulated HOTAS, the aircraft simulation core, touch screens, OTW simulation, a scenario editor, and pedagogical supervision and evaluation of the trainees through an LMS.
Modes
VMT’s mode of usage is either “coached” – each trainee replays lessons and quizzes with the workstation – or “free”, recorded and replayed for student’s assessment.
Contents
Via numerous scenario modules and quizzes, VMT contents cover diagnosis, LRU replacement, specific tools, validation. HUMS (Health Usage & Monitoring System) is used for ambiguous fault analysis.
Technologies
Technologies featured in the VMT are: a 3D aircraft model explorer, an interactive TechPubs viewer, the aircraft simulation core, and pedagogical supervision and evaluation with an LMS.
